      - if you work hard, you'll be recognized. - enjoyable fitness atmosphere - free membership - decent pay

      Cons

      - some lazy and rude employees ( happens everywhere, but a little more prominent here) - very poor communication between departments - organization and communication are poor in general - revolving door system
