      No work life balance. Worked my a** off, with little recognition. Poorly compensated. Turn over rate is very high. Expected to work all the time.

      Pros

      You will make decent money and there are often contests and incentives for people who over perform. You get an opportunity to workout during your lunch.

      Cons

      There is no work / life balance. You will hit your personal goal and they keep asking for more more more. You work about 45 hours the last three days of every month.

      Pros

      Everyone I worked with was extremely friendly and easing to work with. Had no problems while I worked there.

      Cons

      The job can be monotonous and rather boring at times. Duties are very basic with little opportunity for advancement. Nothing more than a basic first job.
