Pros

Benefits Very nice facility Free membership

Cons

BEWARE! The gym looks great from top to bottom, amazing facility BUT that’s where they get you.. No Work/Life balance. You will be there all the time in the beginning spending most of your day doing lead generation or training members for free. At the end of the month expect to be there all day to meet your goal. The company does not care about helping members just making money. Regardless of whatever they try to pitch to you to say otherwise. Very money driven company with a what you can’t do another person will mindset. Unrealistic monthly revenue goals that often fluctuate do to monthly company events every 4 months. Minimum 2 hours of unpaid meetings/week You’re asked to clean the equipmenr for free You will find yourself working more than 8 hours/day and they do not pay overtime. Like stated above, their system is flawed if you want to spend the first 2 years making dirt for a paycheck until you can actually make decent money then this job is for you. You won’t see any real money here unless you plan on being here for years. You can make more in less time elsewhere.

Pros

There are no Pros at this company.

Cons

Don't let the dangling carrot of high-pay entice you. From the start, I was overwhelmed with too much work to do, without proper training, and brought it up to my manager several times. That person tried to coach me that it's just the growing pains of starting out and it will get better. It didn't. EVERYONE wants something from you, when you haven't even "broken in" to your job duties. There is no respect from managers and staff members-AT ALL. No professionalism AT ALL. You work LONG, hard hours, and when you leave to take a quick break, you're berated in front of everyone upon returning to embarrass/humiliate you. Everyone acts like they're your boss. One person tells you to do one thing, then someone else who used to work with the company, but is now contracted, tells you to do something else at the same time! You put your foot down and stand up for yourself, and everyone says you have a bad attitude or are being confrontational all of a sudden. It's a mafia mentality where managers send someone else to do their dirty work, leaving their hands clean. Especially when they APPEAR friendly with everyone else. THERE IS NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE. NO PERSONAL TIME. E.g. 10 days for Maternity Leave?!!! For a "Healthy Way of Life"??!! No thank you! I've been screamed at, psychologically abused, and downplayed by management for claiming I was being bullied. THIS COMPANY IS A CULT!! If you have a family, DON'T WORK HERE. If you want to start a family, DON'T WORK HERE. If you're engaged, DON'T WORK HERE. If you love your single life outside of work, DON'T WORK HERE. Check your paycheck every time you get paid, because some managers can't even remember how to plug numbers into basic middle school math formulas. VERY little oversight from corporate on financial responsibility. You will be working night and day, and be worn out BEFORE you're a month in. THIS IS A CULT. THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. YOUR FAMILY WILL NOTICE YOU HAVE CHANGED and you have become more anxious and stressed. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR HEALTH AND MIND. THIS IS A CULT!!
