Pros
50/50 on the people you meet.
Cons
Higher ups do not actually give a crap about you. I worked there for over 6 years have spent most of my life there. The working conditions are horrific at times. For a company that promoted team work that is a ton of lies. Everyone looks out for themselves. Everyone around you is looking for the best way to step on your neck to get in your spot. The shelf life of a manager is 6 months to a year if you kiss the GM butt. Getting promoted at a location is a glorified popularity contest and not for the actually work you do. Healthy way of life is crap. I spend 6-8 months working 65-70 work weeks and no one EVER checked on me or asked if I need anything. I wasn’t eating or sleeping. My higher up actually knew I was doing this and turned a blind eye and never helped. On top of many many other reasons this place is a horrible place to work it is a safety hazard. They turn a blind eye to harmful problems. If it’s not not the main gym floor forget about getting it fix. They spend so much money or the little things and when it comes to actually health issues forget about it. Leaving this unhealthy work environment was the best thing I could have done for my health.
