- Getting to work with fun like minded positive people. - Free membership. - Flexibility with my schedule. - There is always something to do, so you never get bored. - Network with all kinds of people.

Cons

- The pay is so terrible. It's very hard to pay my bills as an adult in school, making $10.00 an hour. The pay should definitely start out at $12.00, at least! People pay big bucks to enjoy this gym, and without it's loyal team members the cleanliness, and friendly faces of the gym, the environment would be a box with heavy weights. -The pay - The pay -The pay -The pay -The pay -The pay. -please pay your employees better.

Free gym membership in truly beautiful clubs, well-appointed office environment.

Cons

NO raise or bonus of *any* kind in nearly 5 years of 50-60 hour weeks, an always-on cell phone and constant change for change''s sake, Marginal benefits, especially health insurance. If you're in upper management, or an FOB, you're set but if not it's just a waiting game to see if you'll get exhausted and quit. Or pissed off and quit. Or, you'll get blindsided and let go one day after consistently getting great reviews and giving your all. If you do stay you'll be expected to use personal contact lists and social media accounts for corporate marketing activities. Really.

Free membership, and advocates for a healthy way of living. Staff is kindly, facility is extremely clean and fabulously decorated.

Cons

Almost 30 hours of training was unpaid, convoluted management, little diversity in the workforce, job paid minimum wage for emotionally taxing work.
