      Best facilities without question. High volume of members allows you to be successful.

      Cons

      Hours are tough. You are up early and stay late if you want to make more money. Not a lot of vacation time. You get sick you take PTO. Makes it tough to enjoy some things.

      Comp plan changes every year to save money on the bottom line Asked to work 6-7 days/week and 9+ hours/day Zero care about the well being of team members No coaching when needed No accountability for mid level executives actions and poor decisions Unrealistic overall business plan given to investors makes goals impossible for club level team members
