Employees are very supportive of each other.

Cons

The leadership of Lifeplus is detached from reality. Our managers aren't ware of the current work conditions, and they couldn't care less about improving the work environment for us. They keep coming up with solutions that don't work, and they keep ignoring the issues and complaints that employees have been raising for a while now.

Fresh fruit, coffee in breakout areas, bright environment to work with earthy decor. Diverse group of people with many languages shared on the office floor. Access to the great quality Lifeplus products. The talent team kept in constant communication all the way through the recruitment process :)

None really. Maybe adding some more merchandise and hoodies for new starters,
