      Wonderful team, great culture

      Pros

      Having kind and helpful colleagues always makes a huge difference, and I count myself incredibly lucky to work with such people. You'll also find good training opportunities here. Employees get excellent health benefits and free products. The team is engaged and motivated, which has a lot to do with the great company culture.

      Cons

      I don't see any real drawbacks. It's a friendly workplace with amazing people.

      Pros

      Easygoing work pace. Workloads are fairly distributed. CSRs receive good training so I didn’t have to do much.
