I learned what I don't want in a workplace.

Cons

I would advise against considering this company. The worst leadership I've ever experienced. Management is very poor at communicating and throws petty tantrums over their inability to lead. They lie so much about how they are successful, but let me tell you, only a few people who came out of there became better artists. People are treated like expendables. Expectations are for employees to do far more than a reasonable amount of work, and it's never compensated. DO NOT WORK HERE if you want respect and a well-paid salary.

Low pay. Different pay for the same role. Absurd kpi's to keep your pay low. Apart of 3 monthly free products, company is really miserable with money and events
