Nothing. If anyone tells you working here is great, they're definitely lying to you.

Cons

Management couldn't care less about our well-being, and keeps making us meet insane demands. We're overloaded with brutal workloads because of their unrealistic expectations; they don't even bother providing any support, so we're always stressed out and exhausted. If we fall behind their expectations, we're quickly replaced, and if we exceed them, we're just given even more work to do instead of being rewarded.

Clearly assigned tasks. The training covers the essentials. Involved leaders, always supportive during busy periods. Good benefits and competitive pay. Schedules posted in advance.

Cons

Some repetitive tasks, but no lack of variety overall.

I’ve worked in a few customer services jobs, and none of them felt this balanced. Lifeplus really encourages us to care about the people we speak with and they lead by example. When a customer has a hard day, we’re not told to just move on; we’re told to make it right. And when we have a hard day, the support is there too. That kind of two-way respect makes a huge difference.

Some customers can be a handful but that’s part of the job
