Pros

Nice coworkers, easygoing, and fun to work with. Compensation and benefits are good for the amount of work required. Good training. It prepared us for all the complexities of the job. Manageable workloads. Everything went smoothly once you have a few weeks under your belt.

Cons

Some of the managers are inexperienced and feedback was delayed at times

Pros

The job is hands-on and full-cycle – you’re involved from the initial concept all the way to launch. I do bench testing, optimize formulas, and work with different delivery forms. It keeps me busy in a good way. The best part is that I’m not shut off in the lab – I work closely with marketing, production, and QA teams. The benefits are good: 401(k) match, health/dental/vision insurance, and PTO.

Cons

Fully on-site — remote isn’t an option.
