There's good structure, which allows the team to work efficiently. You get fair compensation and lots of growth opportunities. Cons

Lifeplus has an awful environment that you would want to avoid. If I knew how toxic and horrible the workplace would be, I wouldn't have joined this company in the first place. Unfortunately, hindsight is 20/20. Our supervisors are toxic and aggressive, and they create a hostile work atmosphere for the employees.
