Pros

People are easy to work with - no egos. Relaxed vibes. I've been able to try out new things. Managers check in but don’t hover. Schedule is predictable, so it’s easy to plan life. Perks are solid, especially the wellness-focused stuff.

Cons

I don’t have any complaints working here.

There’s nothing positive to say about Lifeplus.

Cons

I don’t think anyone would want to work in the kind of environment that Lifeplus has. This company has a hostile work atmosphere and aggressive management that verbally abuses and insults employees regularly. Our supervisors are very condescending and rude, and they sometimes humiliate us when we make mistakes.
