Great possibility for German speakers to earn good money, great opportunities to develop within the company, not just basic work on the phone like it is the case in other companies, possibility to choose from several shift patterns and not just work a 9 to 5 job , great company benefits

Cons

Sometimes there’s not enough communication between different departments
