There’s nothing positive to say about Lifeplus.

Cons

I don’t think anyone would want to work in the kind of environment that Lifeplus has. This company has a hostile work atmosphere and aggressive management that verbally abuses and insults employees regularly. Our supervisors are very condescending and rude, and they sometimes humiliate us when we make mistakes.

The team is collaborative and friendly. Management is fair, but sometimes could provide more clarity. The company culture is positive, which keeps the energy level high. My schedule is flexible, making it easier for me to have balance.

Cons

Sometimes concerns take a while to be addressed.
