One of the best work cultures I’ve experienced. A place where people care about each other and the work they do. Opportunities for professional growth. Management really supports career advancement, it's not just empty promises.

Cons

No real cons to working here.

Why do I have to enter 5 when there aren't any more pros?

Cons

It's a very toxic, hostile environment. No room for growth within the company. They would hire people from outside and they don't know how to communicate with people. There are some inappropriate people too. Gossipers and instigators who talk about others behind their backs. Lifeplus is not a career, don't bank on it.

If I bring up an issue, I don’t just get a generic response - I see actual changes made. It’s nice working for a company that takes feedback seriously instead of pretending to care. I also appreciate that there’s no mystery when it comes to what’s expected of me, no last-minute surprises.

Cons

I don’t have any problems here.
