Pros

In all my years working in different health sectors, Lifeplus is far most one of the most caring companies I have every worked for. They follow company procedures and keep it human at the same time. They actually walk the talk, and it shows right from the start from Induction, all the way through to management. They graduated the training in a way, that I never felt overwhelmed or not able to keep up with the workload. Management is excellent and the Swiss team that I am in, is supportive and up-beat. I get free products and I can work from home, which is awesome to balance out work/family life. I feel like I've landed the jackpot of all office jobs.

I can't think of anything so far - ask and you shall receive

The people at Lifeplus are amazing, my boss is highly supportive and I feel able to be myself and voice my opinion. The recruitment process was great, perks are brilliant and it’s great place to work, I’m looking forward to may years working here!

Giving opportunity for self development Overtime Free products Nice people to work with

Cons

Plenty of tech changes which are quite difficult to follow since we have been working remotely. Rushed to change systems - within the last 4 months we have had at least 1 new system a month.
