Cons

Management doesn't care about helping you maintain a healthy work-life balance, so employees are more often than not incredibly stressed out, exhausted, and burnt out. Don't work here, and look for another company to work for.

Cons

Busy most of the time but that means things are going well. I'll be worried if it was slow.
