Pros

Warm and welcoming culture. This was my first job, and they made sure I had the tools and training to start with confidence. I felt like part of the team right away. My immediate supervisor is always around to help. We also have efficient work processes that make our jobs easier.

Cons

You get a difficult customer from time to time, but that's how it goes in this job.
