Pros

Free vitamins and supplements at work. Most people are super friendly and helpful. Good support for training and development.

Cons

Lack of direction and strategy from leadership. Plans and focus change constantly. Management appear friendly and supportive, but not always the case. No flexible working, which is suprising for a health and wellbeing company. Can progress if management like you, if not no chance.

Pros

Wide variety of queries, work, etc; friendly colleagues.

Cons

Some of the work targets can be unrealistic; There can be issues for colleagues when they need to wait for help from someone with a higher permission level in a certain app before they can finish the request they're dealing with.

Pros

You can take call, if you like and get know Lifeplus products

Cons

Very poor and unprofessional management. No people management skill, no leadership skill. About 40% attrition rate. About 70% of the company comes from Germany. They work there mostly as call taking agents. Germans they very much support each other. If you are not German you will have less chance to progress in your career as you are excluded. As a non German you can be maximum a Team Leader if you build up good relationships. Very slow career progressing opportunities, take 2-3 year to be just a simple team leader. High Management is English, so as a European you have hardly any chance to be in Management. People who are training you developed several assessments. If you pass it you can get pay rise. However it's not easy to pass it as they have some questions which has nothing to do with your work. I suppose they don't have any more so much experience with agents every day work and they should update their knowledge in order to be able to put together proper assessment questions. I would not recommend to work at Lifeplus.
