+ good opportunities to get a promotion + as this is small company you can get insight into various departments which gives you many ways yo increase your own value + very friendly, supportive and approachable colleagues

Cons

- communication between the departments have to improve - Project Management e.g. when launching new products or product promotions needs urgent improvement
