Senior leadership play to their own agenda and personal gain. Preach lofty values, but don't live them - especially 'integrity' and 'respect'. Harassment and bullying in play and not properly dealt with.

The company used to have a family atmosphere. Most Colleagues are kind and caring.

Cons

Management out of touch. Greed took over. People treated like numbers and replaceable. Values are hypocritical and only apply to CSA's.
