      Pros

      - Colleagues are very smart, hard working and happy to help - 401K match

      Cons

      - Compensation. It’s 50/50. Quotas are ridiculously high enough that about 15% reps are hitting. If SOP’s forecasts incorrectly, the burden falls on employees in terms of compensation. The base is unlivable. - No training or development - you are expected to figure it out on your own. Sink or swim mentality. Lots of pressure and micromanaging. - Work Life Balance is terrible. With high expectations it’s tough. - Lack of clarity from leadership

      Left disappointed during mass layoffs.

      Pros

      Great colleagues in generally, but many left or were made redundant during the two mass layoffs in the last two years.

      Cons

      Two massive rounds of layoffs in the last two years. The first one was at least communicated with the whole company, the second one was done silently in the background and they tried to keep it quite. For all the time it was said, there won't be another round of layoffs, but they just kept on hiring without proper planning. Many of the former benefits are also quietly being removed.

      Pros

      There are some interesting challenges and you can really shine as an engineer if you are ambitious.

      Cons

      Executives are all over the place. They come up with mediocre ideas and act like they are geniuses. And after 1 year they find some new big idea which throws the previous big hype to trash.
