Lack of clear career progression; lots of politics involved in promotion decisions, which are often not based on merit but based on who you know; overall my anxiety level greatly increased (and mental health has decreased!) since working at this company due to lack of role clarity and team direction; management provides only positive feedback ("areas of opportunity") which are often unclear, easily misunderstood, and employees are not made aware of what behaviors to avoid that negatively impact their career; projects are often incentivized to look good for management as opposed to actually bringing value to the business; it is possible for diversity hires to bring down the overall quality and morale of a team when minimum quality standards are not upheld.

There is discrimination against white people in the interview process and the promotion process. The leadership support this and it's part of our "DIBS" diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives
