Pros

I joined LinkedIn as a NCG and absolutely loved my past 1.5 years there. I was given more responsibilities and allowed to make mistakes, got opportunity to learn a lot of new things!

Cons

Its a developing company, code base is immature and the standards are fairly low.

Very bad place to work

Pros

Pays well compared to competitors. good vacation time. The opportunity to meet and network with other employees. you run into good people along the way.

Cons

Employees are very competitive with each other. No one wants to work as a team. It's every man for himself, dog-eat dog atmosphere. Training was very poor, was asked to meet impossible deadlines. Management thinks this type of issue is funny.
