Pros
Very rarely do you get the opportunity to work with such smart and passionate people. LinkedIn has a great foundation for culture and values and our sales team 100% supports those while selling a revolutionary product.
Cons
Only con would be that since we've been growing so fast, our administrative departments are pretty stretched. This can cause frustrations in your day-to-day job but is significantly outweighed by all the positives that happen.
