High quotas, forces SDRs to create fake meetings/bumps which artifically increases our quotas. Very political when it comes to promotions. Will not get promoted for just hitting your number

extreme pip culture evaluations being a joke and eval metrics changing day by day impossible asked from employees full chaos in terms of project goals promotions almost non existing - those that used to take 1-2 years a few years back now take 4-5 years or never terrible work life balance and a fear culture no teamwork and mainly individualism to survive no manager training or check and balance
