Pros

Great culture, supportive leadership, great for early in career.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunities to grow, things are moving slow, too many approvals required for everything.

Pros

Free food, unlimited snacks and drinks. Location. Good brand for CV.

Cons

No different to any other tech company - you are a digit. They will eliminate your role quicker than you can blink. Feedback culture is intentional and manipulated to destroy careers. No fact checking. Performance calibration is engineered. Authority abused at the highest levels. Environment is disturbing - it's a cult mentality and if you don't buy in, your career is over. Leadership are not trusted Extremely political and hierarchial. Bullying is standard - if you report, they'll protect the perpetrator at all costs even if that means removing the victim. Experienced people won't learn anything at this company. If you know 'too much', expect to be targeted.
