      Inspiring goal with a huge social and economic impact Meritocratic culture Very good compensation Full of challenges and fast-paced Open-minded people willing to experiment and adopt a diverse range of ideas

      Cons

      Loggi has a really fast-pace environment, constant changes and lots of challenges. I personally see it as a big pro, but for some people it can be a con to achieve work-life balance when directions shift.

      Pros

      Company culture is open to the people. Salary is above average. Great team to be working with. You have a lot of opportunities to go outside and understand other people's work.

      Cons

      As every startup, processes need some work. Company culture is open to the people. Sometimes you feel lost and that management is not helping you. Different "generations" of employees eventually clash about how things are being done.
