Exactly what I needed and wanted
Pros
The work environment, benefits and diversity are incredible. As a new-comer to the technology sector Loggi doesn't expect me to already know everything and gives me time to learn at my rhythm with positive feedback. As a foreigner you always have your doubts if you will manage to integrate yourself well but this was one of the easiest and natural things ever at Loggi, people are super open and try everything to make you feel comfortable and accepted. Also it's full of challenges and chances to stand out and grow professionally.
Cons
I personally don't see it as a con but it could definitely be one for some people, working at Loggi is a constant change and this comes with many challenges. You have to be comfortable with stopping everything you were working on to focus on something else. This can be frustrating at times because it might seem like your work was for nothing but you will experience this in pretty much any company growing at Loggi's rate. Also it"s a very good exercise of adaptation from which you will benefit from professionally as much as also personally.
