      - It has a very human culture where you feel like a human being - Company processes are in constant review so they are optimized for performance and workload balance. - Roles are well-defined and respected - Onboarding is really great - Compensation is competitive

      - Top-down decisions sometimes doesn't consider review from development teams (Although feedbacks are always considered)
