- The annual goals sometimes are very tough to be reached; - As the company is growing fast, the directors sometimes seem to be a little lost; - Sometimes there is a conflict of interest between the business office and the technology office. This issue sometimes results in the technology team have to give way to the business team's wishes, bypassing the principles of software architecture, prostrated by the company's CTO.
