company car with some travel and if lots overtime is a plus, well, you're in luck.

Cons

very disorganized. Typical small company that will probably never get good leadership. The keep the field crew very understaffed. Oh and did I mention overtime, you better love overtime, lots and lots of it. mandatory 60 - 70hrs. Poor work life balance. they will really lowball the pay, it's not worth the amount of stress.
