- Paycheck - Clean office - Holidays off/paid - Great for someone who does not mind being worked like a modern day slave

Cons

- Overworked staff - Shortage of staff - Poor leadership - Horrible work/life balance - Extremely Stressful environment - Horribly structured teams and divisions - Greedy Upper Mngmt. - Horrible quality of products - Horrible on-boarding training - Horrible product knowledge training - Lack of support from leadership - Senior mngmt expects perfection - Senior mngmt only cares about profits, not employees - Unrealistic expectations

The products are great overall.

Cons

Poor management at Sr. level. Profit over humanity. Also, large disconnect with sales, customer service center & field service. Too many old instruments in the field with continued contract renewals. Very short staffed all around in every department. Benefits vary from department to department. For example; field service doesn’t have unlimited sick days like mgt teams nor do we have short term disability.
