Business Outlook
Pros
-A lot of flexibility and freedom -Manager and my team in general helped me with multiple deals as I was getting acquainted with the role -never had a manager ask how I like to be coached up or managed which was awesome to hear and made communication a breeze -earning potential is amazing -always on the forefront of technology which helps against the competition
Cons
-reorganized over the last year which had hiccups but has helped immensely since the first couple of weeks -communication is so much better than when I started which I guess would be more of a pro
