      great people around international company with a lot of exposure to other cultures many internal training opportunities and project you get responsibilities early on

      downsizing since 2006 not enough people focus from the top down

      Pros

      Management is strong and the company seems to care very much for its employees. The history and culture are strong and the scale of the larger organization(APM-Maersk) is impressive, very financially stable.

      Cons

      The company is placing more focus on benchmarking against competition and this will place more pressure on individual performance. This is not necessarily a bad thing but will result in greater internal pressure to achieve financial results. Job stability may not be what it once was.
