Business Outlook
Pros
The way they do businness is just awesome. No fuzz, no fancy LEAN management ideas, no six sigma and crap like that. It's the Danish way all the way (this is your job, you need this finished by this and that date.. How you get it done is your own problem, but just do it right.) There's a great team spirit, and people are proud of working here. The food is magnificent, the offices are big and well-lit, no flexible office, good furniture, free fruit, lunch and breakfast.
Cons
It's hard to destinguish between top-level managers and normal employees, since we all wear shirts and ties :)
