      1. Flexible working hours 2. Good worklife balance 3. Events on every festivals

      Cons

      1. If you want to grow technically, don't join Maersk. I repeat Don't 2. No vision of quartly / yearly release. 3. Architects are not aware of techincal challenges on every POC 4. New experiencd joinee will be assigned with all sorts of illlogical POC which all no values to your carrier

      Worst experience I ever had

      I didn't found any pros for myself except the cab facility

      1. Creepy middle management - don't expect any credit or reward for your hard work 2. Un Imaganable Vision - Platform team is the worst kind of it. Despite "Vision" is a favorite word for managers, they are Dumb at technical. You will be adjusted to hear prise any dumbest idea they got. 3. Crazy politics - have to spend at least 50% of the time on politics of you want to stay here 4. Architects are Jockers: - Some of backend data resources are running with public IP on Azure - Can be verifiable - Architect has no clue how dangerous it is - Microsoft sales person is more powerful than Maersk Architect in the company. - Whatever Azure product release, Maersk will become a testing ground for them.
