We published our 2026 Business Strategy earlier this year, which includes sustainable growth plans we have at Mace, how we approach ESG in the future to combine strong and effective governance with a robust risk management framework. These plans reflect the changing needs of our industry, our society and our people. We will continuously work to understand how the world is evolving so that we can effectively adapt, grow and drive our business and industry towards emerging over the next five years even bolder, stronger and more resilient. The result is that we are already growing at pace, but in the midst of that growth our core values remain the same and we always strive to maintain our commitment to developing and supporting our people. Our people are at the heart of what we do and we want to ensure they will always be central to, and benefit from, our growth plans.

We have a clear business strategy and a manager development programme in place to ensure our people are well equipped to lead and develop their teams.
