      Good base salary. Nice ethos and people who want to treat people fairly and develop a successful and responsible business

      Cons

      The business has grown rapidly. Some of their internal governance processes and frameworks are immature. The route for development and internal progression is poorly defined. They are addressing this but there is further work to do.

      Pros

      Decent benefits (for construction), some of the best people/colleagues I’ve worked with.

      Cons

      Senior management say all the right things but don’t really live the core values. They very much look after their own interests, including ignoring toxic, bullying behaviour from certain BUDs…sexism & racism is very much alive and kicking here. Anyone who speaks up is quickly performance managed out, HR close ranks around the senior people (who are often the problem).
