Since launching our Diversity & Inclusion Strategy in 2020, we have made good progress, but we know that more work is still to be done.       The team is young and social

      Cons

      Gender pay gap is unacceptable for 2022. For females to be considered for promotion, they need to do a lot of extra-curricular activities. If you’re male, you just need to be ‘in’. Unfortunately for me I wasn’t in, so had no one advocating for my development.
