      Some talented and committed people but get lost in lack of strategy

      Compensation is fair Mace has secured and will continue to secure prestigious project e.g. Shard and 2012 Olympic Park Granted autonomy to deliver projects Benefits package is broad and rewarding Able to have a good work/life balance

      great projects to work on and ability to progress in your role.

      Cons

      middle management and project leads not so great. Very hierarchy and old fashioned making it unpleasant for those underneath. Micro management is not the way to go!
