Pros

Most of the Mace employees are good people, trying to do the right things, and good at their jobs. Overall PTO package is very competitive as compared to peers. Flexible work schedule but is client dependent. Some accounts are more flexible than others but that will be dependent on the manager.

Cons

A lot of management changes in recent memory with many leaving the company. Leadership team based in the US mostly new to Mace so no real sense of the Mace culture that is more present in the UK. Pay raises and bonus structure is a mystery to all. Even if you are performing well and have received praises from the client, it doesn't mean you will get a good raise or bonus. Lets not even talk about promotions, if you aren't doing the work of 5 people and giving up your life for the company, you won't even be considered for promotions. When this issue was brought up to the management team, their reactions were more dismissive rather than trying to understand everyone's frustrations. Onboarding process is a joke and could benefit from more structure and process.
