I started with Macro as a Facility Coordinator within a short period of time, my health and safety skills did not go unnoticed which led to a promotion to manage the H&S component of an FM contract in Europe. It initially came as a surprise, but thinking of it now, I should not be surprised as this is linked to the values of Macro and with an indication that they work their plan "Talking in the voice of recently employed staff, at that time". Safety first – going home safe and well was that value that got me the promotion. It could also be linked to the "Create opportunity – for our people to excel" . I can gladly say, I am in a good place and will strongly recommend MACE MACRO as a contractor for both TFM and MA contracts in the facility management field, client and a good place to work. Due to the values on H&S, people focus-building its own and the customer centric nature of the business. It might interest you to know that when the people are well taken care off (Wellbeing), they take care of their customers. At this point there is no need to explain the associated benefits.
