      Pros

      Excellent benefits, clear directive from management. Work life balance. Good facilities. Central location. Cycle to work, health care. Staff engagement

      Cons

      Tend to work for the exceptions, and not the rule. At times they are unwilling to make crucial decisions. Group Services haven't got a leg to stand on in regards to Service level agreements - no SLA or customer charter set.

      Not much to stay other than okay office and okay area, has a canteen and that's pretty much all there positives.

      Cons

      Ridiculously micro managing culture, everyone is on a short leash!! Most people are moody and horrible and managers are fake nice

      Pros

      Good salary and package, great people and some really interesting projects both live and in the pipeline. Senior levels of management are very approachable and opportunities exist for advancement.

      Cons

      Some clients can be difficult, not a great deal of freedom to move internally within the business i.e to pursue international work. Not at the same level of innovation or development in certain departments when compared to other companies.
