Pros
You meet some really talented people across the business. The monthly drinks are a great way of introducing yourself to people across the business. Working hours are varied - but I tended to get out on time, with the occasional late working.
Cons
Not sure this is company-wide, but the working from home policy was underdeveloped and subject to your manager's discretion - my manager at the time hated the thought of not being able to monitor her staff. This made WFH particularly difficult as I was on the receiving end of a skype message or an email to ask what I'd been doing for the past hour. (facepalm). To be fair, I hear things have improved.
