      It's a very good work environment - lots of talented people delivering good work that they're proud of. Loads of opportunity to develop and a strong sense from the board that they care about the company.

      Cons

      It's quite hard to get noticed as the company is so big!

      Great company to work for, unlike similar sized construction companies you have the opportunity to communicate directly with directors and top management, making the company feel like a family
