Pros

The company does its best to take care of employees (pay, paid-leave, medical benefits). There is a significant amount of growth available for those who seek it out and are willing to step just beyond their comfort zone to grow their understanding and their influence in business operations.

Cons

Publishing, in general, has a steep learning curve which can be very overwhelming at times.
