if your bosses care about mentoring you, they might let you edit cool titles early in your career!

too much grunt work and not enough career development. pay was low.

+ kind coworkers + you get to work on well designed books + cares about mental health more than other companies

Cons

- Favoritism toward non POC coworkers by department heads - Low pay and no promotions: this resulted in high turn over rates, particularly an inability to retain POC staff. - Poor management within the design department
