Pros

Work from home a lot If you work on the Apple side of the business you are favorited.

Cons

Whenever a boss acts like a dictator – shutting down, embarrassing, or firing anyone who dares to challenge the status quo – you’ve got a toxic workplace problem. And that’s not just because of the boss’ bad behavior, but because that behavior creates an environment in which everyone is scared, intimidated and often willing to throw their colleagues under the bus, just to stay on the good side of the such bosses. A toxic company culture will erode an organization by paralyzing its workforce, diminishing its productivity and stifling creativity and innovation. Now more than ever the COO needs to address these issues of workplace toxicity within the IT group It makes the difference in retaining good staff and also whether your IT Org fails or succeeds. Employees aren’t afraid to jump ship when faced with a toxic workplace—and it's usually your high performers who will go first. We just lost one of the Managers who built the Support Model from the ground up and since then, morale has dropped. If your in IT and want your opinion valued seek elsewhere.

Pros

A perfect work-life balance combined with a friendly team and lots of little perks.

Cons

Salaries are below average from my experience and it is impossible to talk about pay rises, as you aren't allowed to bring them up in your appraisals. The office is overwhelmingly white and middle-class. There is a big focus on improving diversity, but that is directed at race only; if you're from outside of London and/or working class, you'll feel like you stick out.
